Volunteer Clearances

You must submit your volunteer clearances to the elementary school office before you can be approved to assist with in-school volunteer opportunities like field trips, Kindergarten Registration, Spring Photo Day, Mobile Dentist, and the Fourth Grade Picnic. Download the clearance packet at bsespto.com/parents. We can help if you have questions about the process!

Get Involved at BSES via the PTO!

The PTO coordinates school fundraisers, events, staff appreciation efforts, and volunteer support to ensure our kids have the best experience possible at BSES! We always have something to do and can plug you in based on your schedule/availability, skills/interests, & child's grade!

Email bsespto@bermudian.org or reach out to one of our PTO officers to get involved: Andrea Everhart (President), Jason Mleczko (Vice President), Katie Stehr (Treasurer), Molly Gardner (Secretary), & Julie Williams (Appreciation Committee Chair).

Extracurriculars for Students

The greater Bermudian Springs community provides extracurricular sports & clubs so K-4 kids can stay active, learn, & grow. We have compiled a contact directory of these organizations at bsespto.com/community. These activities are not coordinated by the school or PTO, so please direct questions to the contacts provided.
