Plant Sale Pick-Up - May 7th
If you ordered a plant during our Plant Sale Fundraiser, your order will be ready for pick-up at BSES from 4pm-7pm on Tuesday, May 7th.
May Appreciation
Families are welcome to send in a card and/or gift to show appreciation to staff, teachers, & drivers throughout the month of May! Consider using our handy Staff Favorites List to guide your gift-giving. Here are a few special dates to note:

Volunteer Opportunities for Appreciation Week
Our Appreciation Committee is planning several baseball themed events to thank our teachers, staff, & drivers during the week of May 6-10 and they need some helping hands to knock Appreciation Week out of the park!
Mon, May 6th VIP Luncheon - Sign up to monitor a catered lunch buffet in the faculty lounge & replenish food as needed at ttsu.me/may-lunch.
Wed, May 8th Grand Slam Breakfast - Sign up to sponsor coffee, contribute hot dishes at ttsu.me/may-breakfast.
Fri, May 10 Concession Stand Snacks - Sign up to help with a baseball themed concession stand/snack bar in the faculty lounge at ttsu.me/concession-help.
PTO Meeting - Wed, May 15 at 9:30am
Join us for our final monthly meeting of the school year on Wed, May 15 at 9:30am in the BSES PTO Room. The agenda & past meeting minutes can be viewed on our Meetings page. You will need a photo ID to sign in at the red kiosk at the school’s entrance.
4th Grade Picnic
Our 4th Grade Picnic will be held at BSES on Tues, May 28! This event is closed to the public, and only registered volunteers who submit all required clearances to the school office by May 14th may attend during school hours. Download the clearance packet at bsespto.com/parents and sign up to volunteer at the picnic at ttsu.me/4th-grade-picnic. 4th Grade Parents - Middle School PTO

Volunteer Clearances
You must submit your volunteer clearances to the elementary school office before you can be approved to volunteer to assist with in-school activities like field trips and the fourth grade picnic. Download the clearance packet at bsespto.com/parents.
Get Involved at BSES via the PTO!
The PTO coordinates school fundraisers, events, staff appreciation efforts, and volunteer support to ensure our kids have the best experience possible at BSES! We always have something to do and can plug you in based on your schedule/availability, skills/interests, & child's grade!
